Rules for the sale and purchase of goods

1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") are a binding legal document for the parties, defining the rights and obligations of the buyer of the services of this online shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") and the seller of the services of this online shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), the terms of purchase of the services and the conditions of payment for them, the liability of the parties, and any other aspects related to the purchase of the services and the sale of services.
Any disagreements that arise shall be resolved by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach a mutual agreement, the issues shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. P Services purchase from an online shop
2.1 The Buyer who is 16 years of age or older on the date of purchase, or a legal person, may purchase services from this online shop.
2.2. the Buyer, using the online shop select the services from the service categories at the top of the page, or enter the name of the desired service in the search box; select the quantity of services you want to buy and press the button Add to basket; in this way the Customer can select one or more services;
2.3 In the basket of services on the right-hand side, the Customer can see the selected services and the amount payable for them. In order to purchase these services, the Customer clicks on the button Payment or View pServices Cart;
2.4 The Buyer then enters the information required for the delivery of the Services, selects an acceptable method of payment for the Services and clicks the button Pay;
2.5 The Seller will send an invoice to the email address provided by the Buyer;
If the Buyer has chosen to pay by bank transfer, the Buyer shall pay for the services within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the invoice, otherwise the Seller will cancel the order.
If the Buyer has opted for payment via Paysera - then the Buyer will be redirected to the payment page.
3. P services prices, terms and methods of payment
3.1 The prices of the services are in euros;
3.2. Seller has the right to change the prices of the services sold in the online shop without notice;
3.3 If a system error results in an incorrect price for a service and the Buyer purchases the service at the incorrect price, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order and refund the Buyer's money, informing the Buyer of the system error.
3.4 The following payment methods are available:
- by bank transfer to a current account;
- Paysera paymentsystem;
4. P services opt-out
4.2 The Customer shall have the right, in accordance with Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code, to withdraw from the online service contract within 14 days, without giving any reason, with the exception of the exceptions provided for in paragraph 2 of the said Article. The money paid shall be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days from the date of the Buyer's notice of withdrawal.
5. Protection of Buyer Data
Seller guarantees:
- the security of the personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) provided by the Customer in the online shop;
- the use of personal information only for the purposes of the Seller's cooperation with suppliers and partners, to the extent necessary for the performance of the purchase and sale transactions;
- the protection of personal information from any transfer to other third parties without the consent of the Buyer;
6. Concluding the sale and purchase agreement
6.1 The Buyer must read the Terms and Conditions in order to purchase the services sold in the online shop;
6.2 In the Payment Information section, the Buyer must confirm that he/she has read the Terms and Conditions by ticking the box marked: I have read and accept the terms and conditions of the site. Then click Checkout.
7. Buyer's rights and obligations
7.1 The Customer shall have the right to purchase services from the Online Shop;
7.2 The Buyer has the right to cancel the services purchased in the online shop (see Section 4 of the Terms and Conditions for details);
7.3 By using the Online Shop, the Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions and undertakes to comply with them.
8. Seller's rights and obligations
8.1 If the Buyer knowingly or unknowingly interferes or attempts to interfere with the operation of the Online Shop and/or breaches its obligations, the Seller shall have the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the Online Shop immediately without notice, and in exceptional cases, to terminate the registration of the Buyer;
8.2 In the event of circumstances beyond the Seller's control ( force majeure) and other important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently discontinue the e-shop activities without prior notice to the Buyer;
8.3 The Seller undertakes to provide all the conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-shop;
8.4 If the Seller is unable to deliver the services ordered to the Buyer due to important circumstances, the Seller undertakes to offer an analogous service or a service that is as similar as possible in terms of its characteristics. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous or most similar service, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer within 3 working days.
9. Responsibility
9.1 The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the Registration Form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate or incorrect data in the registration form, the Seller shall not be liable for any consequences arising therefrom;
9.2 The Buyer shall be fully responsible for his/her actions when using the Online Shop;
9.3.If the Seller's e-shop contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organisations or persons, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities contained therein and does not supervise, control or represent such companies and persons. In the event of damage, the party at fault shall indemnify the other party against direct damages.
10. Final provisions
10.1 The Seller reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2.The Buyer who considers that his rights have been infringed must, within three months of the date of the infringement, contact the Seller in writing setting out his claims. The Seller must examine the request free of charge and provide a detailed reasoned written reply, supported by documents, within a maximum of 14 days. If the problem cannot be resolved, The Buyer has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, Lithuania; e-mail tarnyba@vvtat.lt, telephone +370 5 2626751, website www.vvtat.lt ; its territorial units in the counties) or fill in the application form on the Electronic Dispute Resolution platform https://ec.europa.eu/odr/ .
10.3 All disagreements arising out of or in connection with a contract of sale or order between the Buyer and the Seller shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
